Borough Assembly unanimously passes resolution supporting Black Lives Matter movement

On June 30th, the Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.

The Permanent Fund Dividend was paid on July 1 this year, three months before the traditional date they are paid out. We went into the streets to see what residents think.
