West Valley's Kramer to stay in town, race for the Alaska Nanooks

FAIRBANKS, Alaska. (KTVF) The Alaska Nanooks landed a top recruit for their skiing and cross country programs, bringing in West Valley's Kendall Kramer.

"I think Kendall’s choice of UAF makes sense to most locals. I think Kendall’s favorite one might be that she will be able to compete in both Cross-Country Running and Nordic Skiing." said UAF Coach Eliska Albrightsen.

Kramer has been on top of the leader boards in three different sports, from track and field to cross country running and skiing. Winning state titles, gold medals and racking up accolades across the globe.

Kramer won 14 high school titles during her career, and took fourth in the World Junior Nordic Ski Championships in 2019.
