FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The West Valley Wolfpack marched into Week two with a game against the DIII Eielson Ravens, who was also coming off a great game in the previous week.
The Wolfpack walked away with the 41 to 20 victory despite being down 12-0 in the opening minutes of the match.
But they continued to fight back, getting points on the board in a hurry through Maurice Maiden's arm who hit his pass catchers on long touchdowns.
West Valley also saw an uptick in their defense, as they forced multiple turnovers, including 2 interceptions on outside routes.
The Dirty Birds started off strong with a fumble returned touchdown and a Jaydenn Manibusan scamper, but it wasn't enough to keep the Wolfpack's offense out.
