The West Valley Wolfpack are back into the state tournament for softball

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The West Valley Wolfpack are back in the Alaska state tournament after taking down the Wasilla Warriors in the semifinals.
Makayla Mobley led the red and gold from the circle, as they won 13-1.​
This is coming off the fact that the Wolfpack took down the Colony Knights, 14-4 in the quarterfinals.​
The Wolfpack spoke after the victory about heading to state.​
Jadyn Fraser said "We're going to state and we're hopefully winning regionals, playing again at three. We are going for that regional title and we haven't won it since 94.We're pushing for it."​
Amelia Wagner-Jones said "I think it's really pushing us, we're pushing to win regionals for each other especially for our seniors, we have something to fight for."​
Makayla Mobley said "This is the best year ever. We have seven seniors but that's not going to stop us I want to give our seniors a one last hoorah."​
