The North Pole Patriots get the 3-1 victory over Lathrop

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The North Pole Patriots were able to send their seniors off with a home court victory over the Lathrop Malemutes, as the two of them battle for the second seed in the Mid-Alaska Conference.
The Patriots were able to win the series 3-1, taking the first set 25-22.
Lathrop was able to tie it up, taking the set 25-22, getting the equalizer.
But the Pats were able to win the last two sets, 26-24 and 25-23 to put away their conference foe.
Sydney Teel, one of North Pole's seniors, had herself a night with 16 kills and Ainsley Smith dished out 16 assists.
Smith also had four kills and three aces.
Kinley Erickson helped the Patriots with eight kills, seven digs and four aces.
Lathrop had a strong night despite the result, with Annabelle Mosley getting 20 digs, Jenna Sager ripping eight aces and Harmony Laapui getting 15 blocks.
Lathrop's regular season ends as the third seed in the MAC, while the Patriots square off against the West Valley Wolfpack tonight.
