The Fairbanks Ice Dogs host the Minnesota Magicians for an important Midwest Division battle

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Fairbanks Ice Dogs are back at home this weekend for a series against the Minnesota Magicians.
The Ice Dogs come into this matchup with a 28-15-3-3 record with 62 points.
They will be facing the top team in the Midwest Division, as the Magicians are 31-16-2 with 64 points.
Head Coach Trevor Stewart spoke after practice today about this important series.

"For the most part our focus has been on individual skill development. It's translating into some success for the team. We're going to continue with that and see how it shakes out the last month of the season,” said Stewart.

This series starts tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. at the Big Dipper Ice Arena.
