FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Eielson Ravens made short work of the defending state champs this past weekend, dominating the Barrow Whalers with their running game.
The Dirty Birds saw Ryan Armour tear up the Whalers for 290 yards on 20 carries.
He also scored 4 touchdowns on Barrow, whose game plan was to shutdown Jaydenn Manibusan.
Eielson took it to Barrow to improve to 4-1, and they now stand above the rest of the Aurora Conference for the time being.
They now face the Valdez Buccaneers this upcoming weekend.
