FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Breaking news from the sexual assault investigation regarding the Dimond High School football team.
The Anchorage Police Department has concluded its investigation, as the case is being sent to the state prosecutors.
MJ Thim of APD stated that no arrests have been made, but that the Office of Special Prosecutions and Appeals will make the decisions on any charges.
Details have not been released due to juveniles being involved in the case.
This all stems from a reported incident that happened while the team was in Fairbanks for a game against the Lathrop Malemutes.
Currently the team is back on the field, while some players have been kicked off, and three coaches, including the head coach have been fired.
