FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Nanooks men's basketball program are still searching for answers to ending their losing streak after they fell to the Central Washington Wildcats on Saturday.
The Nooks lost 68-59 to their GNAC foe as Tymoryae Glover led the Nanooks with 19 points and 10 rebounds along with 4 blocks.
But it wasn't enough to offset the 16 turnovers and poor shooting from the three point line.
Alaska just shot only 28 percent from downtown, but were successful again from the charity stripe going 16-20.
The 1-7 Nanooks now head off to the Lower 48 to face the Western Washington Vikings.
The Vikings are 4-4 and this game plays at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
