FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Nanooks men's basketball program has already snatched a victory from Anchorage, as today they announced the hiring of the Seawolves' former assistant Jesse Brown.
Head Coach Greg Sparling gets to work with Brown, as they will both look mold the Nooks in their image.
Brown played for Anchorage between the 2001 to 2004 season, as Alaska now has their duo to replace the Mick Durham and Bobby Howard era.
Last year, Brown helped the Seawolves to a 15 and 14 record last season and made the GNAC tournament.
Brown will serve as the associate head coach.
