The Alaska Nanooks conclude the 2019 PCSC Swimming Championships with some top notch times

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Nanooks finished the PCSC Championships over the weekend with the swim team looking to make a splash in the pools.
Friday's results showed Oda Bygdnes secure the silver in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 55.11 seconds which also happens to be her career best in this event.
In the 400 yard individual medley, Rachel Beal knocked off 12 seconds from her previous best to earn a ninth place finish with a time of 4 minutes and 32.58 seconds.
Kaia Norbye took home a top five finish in the 100 yard breaststroke while Erika Kakazu finished in fifth in the 100 yard backstroke.
And the final day of the championships had both Bygdnes and Norbye get top 10 finishes in the 100 yard freestyle while Sierra Kinworthy got seventh in the mile long race.
And freshman Camille Dayton took the bronze in the 1,650 freestyle with a time of 17 minutes and 47.79 seconds.
