FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The North Pole Patriots have their first road game of the season in Week 2, as they take on Wasilla Warriors. The Patriots are coming off a 32-12 loss to the Eielson Ravens in Week 1.

Despite the loss, North Pole got an impressive look at Isaiah Harding as their running back. Their opponent in the Warriors won in Week 1, taking down the West Valley Wolfpack 39-32.

"I think we are trying to take care of the little things,” said Head Coach Mike Hollett spoke after practice about what the team is preparing for the Week 2. “We spent some time afterward, after the game going over things that coaches we felt like we missed. We knew that Eielson was really well coached and so we felt like there was a lot of things we could have done a lot better throughout the week. Just looking at that, we're real tight this week, and we understand all the little things that it takes to win a football game."

The Patriots take their show on the road for a match-up against Wasilla on Friday at 7 P.M. in the Matsu-Valley.
