Here are the Top 5 plays of the baseball season

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - So far we have looked at the top plays for soccer and softball, and now we look at high school baseball.
So who takes the top spot?

We start with #5, which comes from the Mid-Alaska Conference finals matchup between the West Valley Wolfpack and the North Pole Patriots.
Billy Renfrew tracked down this fly ball to lay out and snag the out.

At #4, the Hutchison Hawks made a spectacular double play against the Monroe Catholic Rams in the first round of the MAC conference tournament.
Their offense had a tough time, but their defense showed off with the second baseman snagging the ball and flipping to first.

For the third best play we stay between the Rams and the Hawks as Izak Lohrke and Monroe's defense played well in this opening round no-hitter.
The blue and gold got 14 strikeouts from Lohrke to advance in the regionals.

The second best play goes to the North Pole Patriots, as their defense pulled off a double play through the cutoff throw to swing momentum against the Delta Junction Huskies.
Alex Staker got the out and celebrated accordingly.

And our top play comes from the MAC finals as West Valley got the walk-off sac fly to claim the conference title.
Graydon Lesneski knocked the ball to the outfield, allowing William Boswood enough time to run home and grab the victory in the seventh inning.
