Battle between Alaska Wild and Fairbanks 49ers wasn't as easily one as last time

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Legion baseball had another battle between the Alaska Wild and the Fairbanks 49ers, but his time around there wasn't a walk-off. This time the game was sloppy, as both teams had errors across the board.
The 49ers grabbed the 11-7 victory despite getting out hit by the Wild.
But the Wild did not do itself any favors, garnering 10 errors on the night.
It started in the first inning, as the 49ers got 7 runs on the board thanks to all those errors, with Matthew Williams on the mound he didn't give up a single hit in his 2-point-1 innings of work, but 8 runs were scored on him.
Kaleb McWilliams, Gus Jensen, and Isaac Roehl played beautifully for the Niners who all combined for 5-point-1 innings and gave up only 1 run and 4 hits.
They also fanned 6 batters.
Travis Moore led Fairbanks from the plate with 3 RBIs and 2 runs.
For the Wild, it was Ethan Wolfe with a 3 for 4 showing, 4 RBIs, and 1 run.
