Alaska Wild sweep weekend games

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Wild Post 30 team had a wild weekend as they won all three games during Midnight Sun festivities.
They first took down East 8-3.​
Alex Garcia put the team on his back with 2 runs, 3 hits and 3 RBIs, while getting five strikeouts on the mound for the Wild.​
Alaska did most of it's damage in the bottom of the fourth with four runs.​
Then they took on Palmer, getting a walk-off in the bottom of the seventh.​
After an error by East, Garcia scored to give Post 30 the 6-5 victory.​
Dustin Peterson led the offense with 1 run, 2 hits and an RBI.​
They then had another walk-off over Palmer, this time with the bases loaded as Alex Staker walked to bring Wyatt Kammer home for the 13-12 victory.​
Ethan Wolfe led the offense with 4 runs, 2 hits and 2 RBIs, while the team itself scored 7 in the bottom of the fifth. ​
On the other hand, the Fairbanks Post 11 49ers had a rough outing, going 1-2 over the weekend.​
They first took on Palmer, who won 22-12 over them.​
They scored 9 runs in the top of the seventh, which made the lead too large for them to conquer.​
Andrew Troppmann led the offense with 2 runs, 3 hits and 2 RBIs.​
Then against East Post 34, the 9ers fell 10-7 to them.​
William Boswood led with 2 runs.​
Fairbanks then got it's revenge by winning 10-4 over East,​
Troppmann led from the mound with six strikeouts.​
Both Interior programs face each other tomorrow at the Marlin at 6:30 P.M.​
