Two dead, two injured in car accident on Steese Highway

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Two people are dead and two injured in a rollover car accident yesterday at mile 13 of the Steese Highway in Fox. 72-year-old Ruth A. Crow lost control of her 2008 dodge truck while driving westbound on the Steese. Alaska State Troopers reported that the truck veered off the highway and rolled at least once killing Ruth Crow and 10-year-old Ashlyn M. Crow. Both survivors, 13-year-old Elora T. J. Crow and 30-year-old Kimberly A. Nathaniel, were taken to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. All occupants were wearing seat belts, and troopers are still trying to determine the cause of the crash.
