FAIRBANKS, Alaska. (KTVF) In this week's edition of 'The Quarantine Kitchen', we take a look at Melody Taylor's cod chowder. Taylor says this recipe has been passed around by many people, from neighbors and family members.
"Use what you have and don't be afraid to experiment with the ingredients you have." said Taylor
Here is how to make this chowder:
Into the pressure cooker, we are going to put two pounds of cod. Then it is four cups of chicken stock and six cloves are garlic, or six tablespoons of the jarred variety. Then put in one chopped up onion and one can on stewed tomatoes.
Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes, release the pressure and then add:

Pressure cook for 5 more minutes, release and leave on the warm setting adding:
Pour one cup of heavy whipping cream and one cup of milk. Sprinkle some salt and pepper for taste. Garnish it with some shredded cheddar or some crackers.
