FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Seward Highway in Anchorage was fully reopened Tuesday morning. The highway was closed after a dump truck struck the Tudor Road overpass with its bed, which was up at the time.

The Alaska Department of Transportation issued two citations to A-1 Lawn and Landscaping for unsafe conditions forbidden and not wearing corrective lenses.

DOT has asked the state for $1.5 million to repair the overpass.
