Meet Miss Ginger Fi-Fi for this week’s Pet of the Week

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) She's particular, she's turning heads, and is looking for her purr-fect home. Meet this week's Pet of the Week, Miss Ginger Fi-Fi. Sarah Harmon of the Fairbanks North Star Borough Animal shelter discusses Miss Ginger Fi-Fi’s attributes and her needs.

“She is a two year old domestic medium length hair cat. She has a couple special needs. She's not a huge fan of having a lot of stress in the house. And in her last home they brought home a stray cat, and she...Miss Ginger Fi-Fi got very stressed out and started marking around the house, so they thought it would be best to bring her hear and find her a home where'd she be the only animal. She's reported to do very well with adults and kids and babies. She likes her humans, but she likes to be the only animal, as well. She's very sweet and snuggly. She likes to talk. She's full of opinions. She likes to snuggle and purr, and hang out with her humans, and is a very nice cat. If Ginger Fi-Fi is not for you, she has a lot of friends here at the shelter. We have cats and dogs, as well as guinnea pigs, and various other animals coming in and out all the time who could use a new home."
