The fair brings exhibitors from around the country to display their schooling materials. There will be over 50 vendors this year from around the country and some from Europe. The fair will also have speakers and workshops to help parents wanting to learn more about homeschooling their children.

The event starts at 8:30 in the morning with a keynote breakfast.

IDEA is a homeschooling program run by the Galena School District that puts on the event on every year.

Dawn Cogan, Site Administrator for IDEA, says that it is a great place to meet other homeschoolers and ask questions.

"It helps parents to prepare for the upcoming year to create an individual learning plan for each student," Cogan said.

The event is open to anyone who is interested in homeschooling and wants to come.
