Governor-Elect Dunleavy selects new Natural Resources Commissioner

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Governor–elect Mike Dunleavy selected his new Natural Resources commissioner, Corri Feige, a former director of Alaska's Division of Oil and Gas.
During Feige's career, she worked in the energy sector as a geophysicist and consultant, as well as management–level positions.
Dunleavy announced the pick yesterday in Anchorage at a Resource Development Council, according to the associated press.
Feige's appointment has yet to be confirmed.
Dunleavy also asked Governor Walker's administration to halt any new regulations until the new administration steps in.
Walker said he is willing to work with Dunleavy during the transition.
The Governor–elect takes office December 3rd.
