Governor-Elect Dunleavy announces new staff members, Parnell named senior advisor

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Governor-Elect Mike Dunleavy announced more members of his senior staff today, including a former Alaska Governor. Sean Parnell has been named a senior advisor for Dunleavy, specifically for the Gasline. Parnell was originally elected as Lieutenant Governor, but became Alaska's 10th Governor after Sarah Palin resigned in 2009. Parnell also served in both the Alaska House of Representatives and the Alaska Senate. According to Dunleavy's website, Parnell was chosen to be a Gasline adviser because of his more than three decades of private and public experience.
