FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The family of a Fairbanks man killed by Alaska State Troopers is preparing to file a lawsuit against Alaska authorities for what they claim was a wrongful death. According to reports from the Alaska State Troopers, Cody Eyre threatened troopers with a gun Christmas Eve 2017.
