FAIRBANKS, Alaska - A Fairbanks man was arraigned in Superior Court today on 35 counts of sexual abuse of a minor. Earlier this month, Alaska State Troopers began investigating allegations of sexual abuse, which reportedly took place from May 2014 to July 2018.
Travis Allen was arrested, and originally charged with just five counts of sexual abuse of a minor. According to documents, the victim reported Allen began abusing her when she was 11, and continued to do so more than 40 times over the last four years. The victim reported Allen told her not to tell because he could go to jail.
