Fairbanks Four member faces charges of criminal mischief, felony assault

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Kevin Pease, a member of the Fairbanks Four, is facing new charges in court. Pease, along with the other members of the four, spent nearly 20 years in prison for a 1997 murder that they were vacated of in December of 2015.

He is now facing charges for criminal mischief and felony assault for allegedly swinging a bat at a woman in a car earlier this month. The Daily News-Miner also reports that he has an additional misdemeanor warrant for not appearing to a hearing for a DUI charge.
