FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Governor Mike Dunleavy rescinded several administrative orders from former Governor Bill Walker's administration.

The orders range from a climate change strategy and leadership team to work on climate issues, to protecting the privacy of employees of the Executive Branch.

Press Secretary Matt Shuckerow stated in a press release, that these administrative orders are no longer needed, either because, in his words, they are no longer relevant, or have fulfilled their intended purpose.

He went on to say, "No Governor should be tied to a previous administration's work product or political agenda, and nobody should be surprised to see Governor Dunleavy make this decision."
