Dunleavy appointment faces question about testimony

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Governor Dunleavy's appointment for Administration Commissioner, Jonathan Quick, is facing scrutiny for statements he made during a confirmation hearing.

Quick claimed that he started a café and frozen yogurt shop in Seattle with a high school friend... and that he sold his stake in 'Anthem Coffee and Tea and Elements Frozen Yogurt'.

Janie Reynolds wrote a letter to senators saying that she and her husband are the only ones who have ever had ownership.

She claimed that Quick was hired in 2011 to organize their family business, but was fired after a year.

According to the Associated Press... Quick, Reynolds, and Dunleavy could not be reached for comment.
