Anchorage couple indicted for robbery, theft, assault

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - An Anchorage couple has been indicted by a grand jury for multiple counts of robbery, burglary, theft, and assault. Hector River and Shirley Borrero-Qinones, both 21 years of age, were allegedly involved in an incident last March where they robbed a cab driver and then forced him into his trunk at gun point.
