According to Trooper Barry Cebulski, the man, who has not yet been identified, was at a residence off Loftus Road. Adult Probations received a tip about his location and troopers helped take him into custody.

Cebulski said that they had permission to enter the residence but initially did not find the suspect.

"Ultimately, an area that we searched was where the individual was hiding while running double checks with local officers. We actually found him hiding where he was concealed under belongings."

After finding the individual they placed him under arrest. He said they needed a large number of officers to ensure their own safety and the safety of the public.

The entire operation lasted around an hour.
