The group ‘Recall Dunleavy’ held an event at the Carlson Center over the last two days to gather signatures. There were similar events held across the state.

Recall Dunleavy needs to collect 71,000 signatures to prompt a recall election.

Nicky Eiseman with ‘Recall Dunleavy’ says people are signing for different reasons -- from the legal grounds to issues that affect them personally. "The feeling is good, it's been steady across the state. Now we're feeling really good. I think it's going to be a big lift to get all these signatures, but it's a really achievable goal," said Eiseman.
