AST releases February most wanted list for Fairbanks

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) The Alaska State Troopers have released their monthly most wanted list for the interior of Alaska. Some of the 10 people on the list are reappearing from last month, but many are new. AST Sergeant Charles Inderrieden said, “We added a couple other people on there that are responsible for property crimes or personal crimes, and once again we are asking the public’s help in finding these individuals.”

Interrieden said there might be some people who are on the list month after month, but authorities will do whatever it takes to catch them. He said that after last month’s list was released, “We received quite a few tips from the public and that is actually huge. As I said before, the public tends to be a force multiplier.”

Interrieden said that if anyone sees one of these individuals to make sure to call the troopers at (907) 451-5100.

Christopher Michael Chandler, 33

Christopher Chandler again appears on the list. He is wanted for failure to appear in a burglary case. According to charging documents, a Fairbanks Police officer found Chandler inside someone else’s apartment when he didn't have permission to be there. He got out on bail but failed to show for his court hearings. He is wanted on a $50,000 arrest warrant.


Barbara Jean Law, 33

Barbara Law is wanted for two cases, a probation violation from a 2017 case in which she pleaded guilty to second degree theft. According to charging documents Law broke into a storage unit at Alaska Mini Storage and stole items from the units. The second case she is charged with two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree.


William David Reames II, 41

William Reames is wanted for failing to appear to a bail hearing regarding an assault case he is involved in. According to Inderrieden, after last month's list, they received many tips on Reames' location and he was supposed to turn himself in but failed to do so. He is now wanted for $20,000 worth of arrest warrants.


Ricky Dean Pugalee, 51

According to his court records Pugalee cut off his ankle monitor in October of 2019 and failed to appear for court hearings. He was out on bail for an assault case in which he is accused of assaulting his girlfriend and one of her friends. Pugalee is wanted for three cases that total $21,000 in arrest warrants.


Ryan James Hannah, 29

Hannah is wanted for 32 criminal counts, including 16 counts of insurance fraud, three counts of criminal impersonation, unlawful practice of law, and second degree forgery. He allegedly attempted to scam multiple insurance companies into paying him tens of thousands of dollars for his BMW. He is also charged with hitting a Fairbanks City bus and then leaving the scene of the accident. He is wanted on a $250,000 arrest warrant.


Stanley Tom Punygalwak Olson, 35

Stanley Olson is wanted for a probation violation from a sexual abuse of a minor case. According to court records Olson sexually assaulted a female minor on a sidewalk outside of a restaurant in Fairbanks.


Kyle Vincent Curtin, 33

Kyle Curtin is wanted for violating his conditions of parole from two vehicle theft cases, one from 2013 and one from 2015. According to court records he was released from jail in September of 2019 and failed to report to his probation officer.


Kerri Annette Derushe, 59

Kerri Derushe is wanted for failure to appear and third degree escape in connection with a robbery in 2018 that left one person dead. According to court records, she cut off her ankle monitor in October, 2019.


Chad Anthony Travis, 48

Troopers are seeking Travis for multiple probation and parole violations as well as a failure to appear in a theft case. The bail on the failure to appear is set at $5,000.


Michael Jerome Webb, 44

Michael Webb is wanted for cutting off his ankle bracelet according to charging documents. He was required to wear one in connection to a theft case from 2018. He has since failed to appear for hearings related to the case.
