Monroe wins in OT despite only having 10 players

The Monroe Catholic Rams beat the Seward Seahawks in overtime despite having only 10 players to finish the game.

The Eielson Ravens took down the North Pole Patriots in the 2019 Blood Bowl. Eielson was led by their young defense in the heavy rain.

Among the high school fall sports getting underway in the next few weeks is the swimming and diving season.

The Monroe Catholic Rams graduated half (9 of 18) of it's players from last season. This year, they are utilizing two players from Tri-Valley, a Hutchison Hawks student, and a home-schooler to help fill out it's roster. They will have 12 players strap on the pads for week one against the Seward Seahawks Friday.

The West Valley football program were able to conduct all of their scheduled practices ahead of their week one matchup with the Wasilla Warriors. This has them ready and tuned up for the 2019 season, while overcoming the tumultuous off-season.
