UAF Men's Basketball team falls to Holy Names

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Last night's game between the Alaska Nanooks and Holy Names Hawks was not nearly as dramatic as the game from the night before as Holy Names earned a 77-67 victory.
The Hawks were consistently ahead in this one as they held a 38-33 lead at halftime that they would continue to build on until the end.
As a team, the Nooks were able to lead the game in Field Goal percentage, shooting 51% from the field.
They also led the game in rebounds, pulling down 35.
Michael Kluting had his best game of the season thus far for the Nanooks, scoring 19 points.
He also led the team in rebounds, pulling down 9.
Amenofis Mitchell was also able to put up double-digit points, scoring 13.
Davis Kimble dished out 6 assists to lead the team in that category.
The Loss brings the Nanooks down to 1-3 so far this year.
They will be in action again on Friday when they travel down to compete in the Western Washington Thanksgiving Classic.
They will take on Capilano University on Friday and UC San Diego on Saturday.
