The Pack hockey team falls to Wasilla

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The combined forces of the West Valley and Lathrop hockey teams, known as the Pack, hosted the Wasilla Warriors in a North Star Conference Contest.
Wasilla was able to skate off the ice at the UAF Patty Center victorious with a 4-1 victory.
It was tied at 1-1 after the first period, but Wasilla was able to score three unanswered goals over the next two frames to secure the win.
Trenton Spears was able to light the lamp for the pack in the first period, securing the only goal of the night for the home team.
This was the third consecutive loss for the Pack, who were swept by Dimond two weeks ago.
They will have a chance to avenge this loss to Wasilla tonight at the Patty Center.
