Panners win third-straight game over Seals

The 7 game series between the Alaska Goldpanners and The San Francisco Seals continued on last night at Growden Park.
The Seals continue to make the scores closer and closer but the result remains the same as the Panners were victorious for the third time in a row, this time by a score of 11-9.

The Seals got out to an early advantage thanks to a three run homer in the very first inning.
The Panners were able to keep their composure and erase that deficit to give themselves a 6-3 advantage after the first three innings.
The Seals tied it up with a three run performance in the fifth, but once again the Panners fought back and scored once in the sixth inning, and twice in both the 7th and 8th innings to finally secure the 11-9 victory.
Griffin Barnes led the Goldpanners at the plate, he went 3 for 3 at bat and brought home 2 RBIs.
He also scored twice.
Nick Ames also scored twice while going 2 for 5 at the plate and earning 2 RBIs.
Andrew Fernandez earned the win on the mound, only allowing one hit and one run in his 2 innings of work.
The Goldpanners will be looking to make it to 4 wins in a row tonight against the Seals.
The Two teams will be playing through the weekend with game 5 at 7pm on Saturday and Game 6 at 3pm on Sunday.
The 2017 Season will come to an end for the Goldpanners on Monday the 24th at 7pm at Growden Park.
