North Pole defeats Hutchison in Aurora Conference Hockey Contest

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Two of our Aurora Conference Hockey teams, the North Pole Patriots and the Hutchison Hawks met in the Big Dipper Ice Arena last night.
North Pole was victorious in a 6-3 effort.
Forward Daniel Crutcher accounted for a third of the scoring for the Patriots, finishing the day with two goals.
He also earned a pair of assists to finish the day with 4 points.
The Pats also got goals from Mason Wilbur, Seth Theriault, Simon Laszloffy, and a penalty shot goal by Caleb Peters.
North Pole Goaltender Moses Halbert earned 23 saves to secure the win for the Patriots.
Hutch earned their goals from Ben Skellie, Sam Sattler, and Landon Wheatley while Goaltender Drake Berrian stopped 24 shots.
These two teams will host the Palmer Moose for the next couple of days, North Pole takes on the Moose tomorrow at 6:45 at the UAF Patty Center while Hutchison hosts the Matsu Valley Visitors on Friday at the same time and same place.
