FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Nanook Volleyball team has been on quite a roll recently, and they hope to keep their streak alive with a pair of games this week.

The Nanooks have now won six consecutive games and will look to add their seventh against Simon Fraser.
Before the Nanooks started this streak, which includes 4 sweeps and their first win over the UAA Seawolves since 2010, they were swept at the hands of the Clan back on September 22nd in British Columbia.
They haven't lost a match since and will look to add their seventh in a row tomorrow night.
Saturday will be the Nanooks biggest test of the year.
They will be taking on the Western Washington Vikings, who are the top team in the GNAC.
The Vikings lost their first three games of the year and haven't lost since, earning a 17 game winning streak in the process.
The Nooks will look to be the first conference team to defeat WWU on Saturday at 1pm at the Patty Center.
