FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Nanook Volleyball team continued their incredible hot streak over the weekend with a 3-set sweep of the Saint Martin's Saints.
The Nooks won the first set 25-15, the second 25-18, and finished them off with a 25-20 win in the third and final set.

This game also capped off an amazing week for one Nanook in particular.
Sophomore Setter Cate Whiting finished the week with 75 assists, 20 digs, 12 kills, and 10 blocks in the span of two games.
Her quadruple-double not only earned her a conference player of the week honor, she was also named the A-V-C-A Division 2 Player of the Week.
Whiting and the rest of the Alaska Nanooks are now on a 4 game winning streak and have moved their record up to 7-10 overall.
This is their first time winning 4 in a row since 2008.
They are also now 5-5 in conference play, which already matches their number of conference wins from last year.
The Nanooks will have a chance to extend their winning streak tonight against their in-state rivals, the UAA Seawolves.
