Nanook Ski Team finishes stay in Seawolf Invitational

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Alaska Nanook Ski Team finished up their stay in the UAA Seawolf invitational over the weekend as they approach the final stretch of the season.
Overall, The Nooks finished sixth in the Nordic Standings with 195 points.
On the women's side of things the Nanooks finished in fourth place with 114 points while the men took seventh place with 81.
The top overall finisher for the Nooks was Senior Katie Roivas, who placed fourth overall to give the Nooks 31 points.
The top finisher for the men on day two was Logan Mowry who took 26th overall for 12 points.
The Nanook Skiers will now prepare for the Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Ski Association Championships, and they won't have to travel very far.
The RMISA Championships will also be hosted by UAA this year, and will take place at the Governor's Peak Recreation Area in Palmer.
