Nanook Men's Basketball team suffers fourth straight loss

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Men's Basketball team was also in action earlier today down in Anchorage as part of the Seawolf Jamboree.
The tough season for the Nanooks continued with a loss to the Lake Superior State Lakers.
Lake State won this one 85-63.
This one belonged to the Lakers very early on, finishing the first half with a 41-25 lead.
The Nooks rallied early in the second half to make it a 7 point game, but the Lakers re-asserted themselves to secure the victory.
Rog Stein led Lake State in both points and rebounds, dropping 13 points and pulling down 7 boards.
For the Nanooks, Michael Kluting did the same thing, leading the team in scoring and rebounds.
He actually led both teams with 15 points while finishing with 7 boards.
Jalon McCullough led the team in assists with 5.
The loss will drop the Nooks down to 0-4 overall.
They will have an opportunity for their first win of the year tomorrow at noon against Northwood.
