Lathrop Wrestling dominates in first home Dual Meet of the season

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Lathrop Wrestling Team hosted the West Valley Wolfpack in their first home Dual Meet of the year last night.
The reigning and defending state champion Malemutes were dominant, winning all but one matchup for a 66-6 victory.
The Malemutes won seven matchups by fall, 3 by decision, 1 by Major Decision, and 1 by technical fall.
The Falls were secured by Andrew Killian-Dalrymple in the 103 pound weight class, Kobe Ames in the 145, Andrew Mueller in the 152, and Nate Kisgen in the 160.
They also won by fall in the 171 thanks to Sage Martin, the 215 with Caleb Johnson, and Ramon Gloria in the 285 pound class.
Autumn Poland won the 119 pound weight class by decision, as did Sean Michel in the 189, and Colton Parduhn in the 112.
William Poland won the 135 by technical fall and Garret Bourne won the 130 by Major Decision.
Both of these teams will be competing in the fourth annual Battle in the Interior Tournament this weekend at Lathrop High School.
