"Well we're of course extremely excited going into this season," said Interior Racing Association Board Member Brooke Seeger. "We weren't exactly sure what was going to happen, so once we found out that we were going to be able to have races we pulled some stuff together and just jumped in to it with both feet."

Their first event is on June 27, which Seeger says will be a new race for their organization.

"A few new things this year we haven't done before, so we're excited about that," said Seeger. "Still working out some of the requirements and things like that. We'll be updating our website with the rules and regulations. One thing we are introducing with this first race on June 27 is going to be some dirt drags."
