FAIRBANKS, Alaska - It's Monday so it's time to take a look at the top plays of the past seven days in the I-5.

"We're going to start this week's list with some high school basketball. In the closing moments of West Valley's win over North Pole, Patriot Senior Kenny Peterson is able to intercept this pass and drive in for a layup.
Let's go to the Ice for play number four, this one from the Ice Dogs 6-3 win over the Corpus Christi Ice Rays on Saturday. This goal by Grant Ledford kicked off a massive rally for the Dogs, sneaking this one in through the top shelf and tying the game at three goals each in the final period.
Next up is West Valley and Fairbanks Cross Country Skier Kendall Kramer. Kramer dominated the 1.2 Kilometer Sprint race in Besh Cup Race number 5 on Saturday, finishing in 4 minutes and 51 seconds. That time was six seconds faster than the next closest finisher, a senior from UAA.
We return to the hardwood for play number two, this time in the girls game. West Valley Senior and UAA commit Ellen Silva block an attempted layup. Jozey Martellero then collects the ball and hauls a long pass to Sheridan Blasey, who drains the jump-shot.
And Number one this week is Jack Johnston's game-winner from Saturday's game. Johsnton collects the pass from Jax Murray and sneaks the puck in on one knee to give the Dogs a 4-3 lead while sliding into the boards. The Ice Dogs never looked back from there and would wind up winning 6-3."
