Projected to go be drafted seventh overall, is Fairbanks' Ruthy Hebard.

In the article posted by Mechelle Voepel, Voepel predicts the Seattle Strom will select Hebard with their first round draft choice at number seven.

During her time at West Valley High School, Hebard won Alaska Gatorade Player of the Year three consecutive times from 2013-16.

As a junior at Oregon last year, Hebard average 16.1 points per game and 9.1 rebounds per game on 67% shooting, which was second in the entire country. Hebard also holds the NCAA record, male or female, for most consecutive field goals made, when she connected on 33 shots in a row as a sophomore.

Hebard now prepares for her senior year at Oregon, where the Ducks are eyeing the coveted National Championship trophy.
