Chocolate Lovers Dessert - Lava Cake


6 ounces dark chocolate
6 ounces margarine
4 eggs
6 ounces granulated sugar
2 ounces Gluten-free flour (i.e. Pamela's brand) 


Turn oven on to 390°

Melt chocolate and margarine in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second to 1 minute intervals until all melted and combined.

Whip eggs and sugar until the eggs become a lighter color.

Add flour until mixture is well combined.

Mix into the chocolate mixture until all is combined and measure into individual baking dishes.

Bake for 14 minutes.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
