Fairbanks man charged with murder following vehicular death of two women

The Alaska State Troopers arrested a man in Fairbanks on Friday in relation to the motor vehicle death of Molly Judge-Parks and Marie Giesbrecht.
23-year-old William "Chris" Allen is charged with murder, assault, and manslaughter.
According to an online police dispatch, A-S-T was called to investigate a fatal motor vehicle collision which occurred on July 4th in Petersburg.
The report says there were 4 people traveling south on South Nordic Drive when the crash occurred.
Judge-Parks and Geisbrecht were declared dead.
The driver, Allen, and another passenger were transported to the local hospital for treatment.
