FAIRBANKS, Alaska Three people involved in a robbery gone wrong appeared in court today for arraignments.
Robert Lee Hsu was arraigned today on charges of one count of attempted murder, two counts of first degree robbery and other lesser charges.
Robert Lee Hsu, Darrion Erickson and Amanda Littlejohn all pleaded not guilty today to charges related to the incident.
According to charging documents, in the early morning hours of March 8th, Joshua Delain called 911 to report he had been shot. An investigation into the incident revealed that Littlejohn asked Hsu, Erickson and a fourth codefendant, John Gardiner, to help her rob Delain to collect an alleged debt.
They met Delain for what he thought was a drug transaction, Gardiner got into Delain's vehicle and then Hsu approached from the outside. Delain then attempted to drive away but Hsu shot him through the window. Gardiner jumped out of the vehicle after taking five grams of meth from Delains car and the defendants then fled the scene.
Delain drove to his house where he called the police, his injuries were not life threatening.
Hsu pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted murder, two counts of first degree robbery and other lesser charges.
Erickson and Littlejohn pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery.
Gardiner did not appear in court today.
