Curtis Noble Arrested After 7 hour standoff

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - A multi-hour standoff led to the arrest of a Fairbanks man in connection to a North Pole murder from July of last year. Alaska State Troopers, along with assistance from the Fairbanks Police Department, arrested 36-year-old Curtis Noble after trying to get him to come out of his house for 7 hours.
Alaska State Troopers received a tip of Noble's location on Friday afternoon around 3:40 p.m., and arrested Noble around 11 p.m. Noble had a $500,000 active felony arrest warrant for Misconduct involving a weapon, Robbery I, and conspiracy to commit murder.

"We tried to come out and make contact, we called out for Curtis to come out, he refused to come out, and so after like 6 or 7 hours later, we find Curtis down in his basement hiding, he was arrested and no one was hurt,"said Investigator Al Bell with the Alaska State Troopers.
