FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Bail was set today for the Fort Wainwright man accused of assaulting his 8-month old child.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Ronald McGriff was charged in September with first degree assault.
McGriff was granted bail in the form of 5-thousand dollars cash performance bond, and 24 hour house arrest.
Under the conditions set by the court, McGriff is to stay confined to his room on Fort Wainwright while the Army pushes his discharge through, then he is to stay at a residence approved by the courts.
He may only leave quarters to attend court dates.
