UAF Hockey's Lance West Named Head Coach

Alaska Nanooks Hockey has promoted former assistant coach Lance West to Head Coach for the 2017-18 season.


The 2017 World Eskimo Indian Olympics continued Wednesday with the Stick Pull, Greased Pole Walk and High Kick events.


Lance West, a former assistant coach with UAF Hockey has been named the newest Head Coach of the program.


The 2017 edition of the World Eskimo Indian Olympics officially kicked off this morning at the Carlson Center.


WEIO will see Eskimo and Indian athletes from America, Greenland, Siberia, and Canada competing in many different events based on traditional games and dances.
